According to the Commission’s chosen evaluation process and with the help of a specific guide produced for these establishments, the Commission evaluated two Early Childhood Education programs. The first, Early Childhood Education (322.03) is a program of 91 units leading to a Diploma of College Studies (DCS), offered in 12 Cegeps and 3 private establishments. Only the specific education component was evaluated. Early Childhood Education (900.94), a program of 28 units leading to an attestation of college studies (ACS), is offered on a full- and part-time basis in 23 Cegeps and 1 private institution. The Commission submitted its respective evaluation report to the institutions affected, and published a summary report after having completed its program evaluation.
