Article 22 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies states that contracts worth over $25,000 must be broadcast.
Any announcements and tender documents are disseminated in the Electronic Tendering system (SEAO).
Information on training contracts, advertising and promotion contracts, as well as mobile telecommunication contracts are included under the heading Information on the Commission’s expenses.
In accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respectig contracting by public bodies, the Commission has adopted a procedure (FR) for the receipt and examination of complaints. Companies are invited to read it in order to find out how the Commission has decided to proceed in this regard.
