The classification plan is a hierarchical and logical structure consisting of categories within which the Commission’s processes and activities are organized. It is a classification tool that facilitates the retrieval of documents and the exercise of the right of access to information. There are therefore no hyperlinks providing direct access to a document or file.
The Commission’s classification plan was passed in November 2009. It is updated as required.
The activities are organized from general to specific and include two process categories:
- administrative processes (codification 1000 to 7000);
- operational processes (codification 8000 to 9000).
