Each month, public bodies must provide a list of their financial engagements to the Contrôleur des finances who sends it to the Assemblée nationale (paragraph 7.1 of article 5 of guideline number 4-80 made by ruling nº 128500 on August 26th 1980).
An agreement between the Commission d’évaluation de l’enseignement collégial and the ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur allows them to call upon the ministry’s resources in this regard, and it is the latter who passes on the information on the Commission’s financial commitments to the Contrôleur des finances.
