Published in 2021, this document presents the Commission's guidelines for the evaluation of the Institutional Policies for the Evaluation of Student Achievement (IPESA). This new version of the framework has been updated in light of changes in the context since the publication of the first version in 1994 and its second edition in 2012. The document first recalls the Commission's guiding principles as regards the evaluation of student achievement, then specifies the essential elements of the IPESA and informs about the Commission’s ruling on the policy
