Employees

The information on Commission staff members and commissioners concerning identity, employment, health and education are, on one hand, stored in the information and management system (identity and health). On the other hand, they are also stored in an electronic format and on paper (employment, education and health). In the case of personal information stored in the system, each employee has access solely to his or her own record. The following categories of individuals have access to this information: the administrative technician (attendance, training and travel expenses only), the executive secretary and her secretary (access to all documents, for management purposes), information and management system administrators (information on electronic format only). The information retained by the Commission is transmitted for retention at the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec for conservation purposes.
