The experts the Committee employs in the exercise of its mandate participate mainly in inspection work to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality assurance systems in Quebec’s colleges and the approach required for this operation.
Visit committees
For auditing purposes, a visiting committee is made up of a commissioner and a Commission research agent, as well as three Commission-trained experts.
The expert’s participation in the visiting process involves three main steps: analyzing the college’s self-assessment report, carrying out the audit visit at the establishment and validating the project’s preliminary version of the evaluation report.
