As provided in article 15 of its Act, the Commission may appoint experts to help fulfill its mandate.
These external experts are part of the Commission’s evaluation process, according to a set of widely known and practised procedures in higher education. Their participation contributes to ensuring thoroughness and impartiality in the Commission’s evaluations.
These individuals have a sound and diverse knowledge of the college education environment, knowledge linked to assessment operations and of quality assurance. Through their participation, they assist the Commission with their expertise and experience, and can also then transfer this knowledge within their own work environment.
