Implementation of institutionnal policies of the evaluation of student achievement

All institutions governed by the College Education Regulations must, after consulting the Academic Council, adopt an institutional policy on the evaluation of student achievement (IPESA) and to ensure that it is implemented (art. 25).

Based on the chosen evaluation process, the guidance document (fr) and the analytical framework presented to these institutions, the Commission requested that each college evaluate the application of its Institutional policy on the evaluation of student achievement and to submit their self-evaluation report. The Commission made an overall evaluation on the conformity and effectiveness of the policy.

This evaluation was done among the 113 active establishments during the operation launch in April 2006. It ended in 2012.
