After first having evaluated the potential effectiveness of college plans and policies from a compliance perspective, the Commission then proceeded with the effectiveness evaluation of establishment’s different components of the quality assurance system. This resulted in an evaluation of the Implementation of Institutional Policies on the Evaluation of Student Achievement and of the Implementation of the Institutional Policy on Program Evaluation in the college network.It also assessed the Effectiveness of Strategic Plans and the Success Plans of the colleges in question.
